The 139th Canton Fair 2026: Record Scale, Innovation-Driven, Connecting Global Trade

Around 3,900 are first-time participants, and over 11,000 high-quality enterprises (35% of total) showcase China’s top manufacturing strength.

Focusing on innovation and green growth, the 139th Canton Fair has 179 exhibition zones (9 new ones) covering emerging sectors like smart wearables and consumer drones. Over 60% of Canton Fair 2026 exhibitors integrate AI, 5G and low-carbon technologies, reflecting China’s manufacturing upgrade.

Each phase caters to distinct global sourcing needs:

Phase 1 (April 15-19): Advanced manufacturing, including electronics, industrial automation, new energy vehicles and smart home appliances, highlighting new quality productive forces.

Phase 2 (April 23-27): Quality home goods (housewares, decorations, furniture), with over 130,000 square meters per sector for refined products.

Phase 3 (May 1-5): Lifestyle products (toys, fashion, health goods) plus a rural revitalization zone to support rural development.

Global buyer participation at the 139th Canton Fair is growing: over 210,000 pre-registered (20% YoY), with 290 leading buyers (30% YoY). Buyers from Belt and Road, Latin America and Africa are increasing, showing the fair’s global appeal.
